Something is seriously wrong with that person or with you. You sure you didn't take him yelling at you as agreements?

i think there is something wrong with him!
He was not yelling.
He was told his internet usage from the phone would be free, I explained to him what had happened, and he agreed, even said it sounded weird when the rep told him it would be free... agreed to the charges and even bought Voice Dial from me... ๐คจ ๐ ๐
I was impressed, wish I could talk to him all day everyday.

Hmm...Must of taken something before he came in if you know what I mean.

I dont care if he was smoking crack! He was nice and I wish more of our customers were like that.
And I work on the phones so... its not to bad if they do scream and yell.
