By the way, have you considered using perods? They're utilized to create sentences to break your thoughts into individual parts.

I did something like that. When the customer is calling from a corperate store we have an instore team. And we have a survey line I accidently trans the rep to our survey instead of the corporate store team. I was like oh ish 🤣
