How often does this happen?
I used to be a tech for Verizon and I had just started doing sales in store for Sprint and I haven't even been here two weeks yet and already I have had two people come in thinking that this was AT&T. First guy comes in asking me if we have the new iPhone. When I told him that AT&T has it he looked around the store asking himself "where am I?" and walked out. Second time, and this JUST happened, woman came in asking if this was AT&T. I told her there is an AT&T store not even 100 yards down the street. So she leaves and comes back in asking more specifically where the store is. Seriously? You can almost see the store from where we are. Does this kinda thing happen a lot?

I work for US Cellular and I will hear people on the phone tell someone they are at US Cingular.
