yes..yes actually it is. hot calls for me are normally every two or three days & the people aren't that bad. today they're grumpy as all get out 😡

More people are losing their minds daily from my perspective.
The calls have gotten worse and worse and worse. And it's not just me or my apathy talking.
Today, for example, is the first time I had someone that had a technical issue that refused to be transferred to tech. Then wanted a supervisor but refused to be transferred to one. Then wanted to cancel but refused to be transferred to acount services. Then claimed they'd sue us, but didn't want to talk to legal or a supervisor. Thought we should call them back instead of getting their s*** fixed.
First time. I've been doing phone work since 2000, and that's a new one by me.
