Bill payment machines...
They're not that hard to use. They won't bite, growl, spit, or defile your ancestor's graves. I don't get why people are so afraid of using them when they are there to save not only us time but the customers time as well and then they get all pissed at me because they have to wait for a rep to take their payment.
