I was getting burnt out at Customer Service and transferred to retail and it really is trying when I hear about reps cheating the customer out of information that would have benifitted them. đŋ

Well to tell you the truth there is alot to cover and one, who wants to blow there sale because of a $4.99 fee, two if you don't ask I don't tell lol.. I do tell them general info thought.
