I was getting burnt out at Customer Service and transferred to retail and it really is trying when I hear about reps cheating the customer out of information that would have benifitted them. đŸ‘ŋ

SO QUIT POINTING FIGURES, I KNOW BOTH SIDES.

WE ALL SUCK JUST A LITTLE BIT.

i like to think that if the stores didnt mess up somthing with the customers account, i wouldn't have the job im doing today. 😁

Well to tell you the truth there is alot to cover and one, who wants to blow there sale because of a $4.99 fee, two if you don't ask I don't tell lol.. I do tell them general info thought.
