Just wanted to know if anyone has ever called the cops on a customer and/or had them escorted out of premises.

Had a bunch of customers call and complain about that stating they wont help them at the store because their phone is prysically or water damaged. (duh!) They also admit that they caused a scene, and after that the authorities were called... 👀

I have to do all I can not to guffaw on the line. (Though I really want to)

Please share your story... 😁

I've had to twice.

One was an extremely rude customer who special ordered a Nokia 6010 because that was the phone she had and she wanted another (her old one got water damage, she was pissed that we wouldn't replace it for free without doing a new contract...go figure). So we ordered it, and between the time she ordered and received the phone, it got discontinued. We still got one for her, but she found out about it being discontinued a couple weeks after she picked it up and came back with her husband who is about 6'4", 300-ish and he was physically threatening one of the other salesmen. We called and the local police came and asked him to leave.

The other one is an interesting story...the guy is a foreigner, Middle Eastern of some ...

whoa. Yeah I get life threats like once a week. I just figure they are mad and maybe I should say something different but whatever, I just let it go.

I have never called the police on a customer in store but I have called it when they hit each other in the parking lot. Again happens pretty frequently our parking lot ppl cut across the backup lanes, so someone backs up, another car zooms across and BAM entertainment for an hour.

lol I love a good wreck in front of the store

We are in a Wal-Mart shopping center so I've gotten to see quite a few...people cutting across the parking lot at full speed gets t-boned by a guy coming down the aisle the right way.

It was great...on one such occasion, one of the victims in such a wreck had to come pay their cell bill so they could get their service re-activated and call for a ride.

I work in a mall store (actual store not a kiosk) and so far this year we have had the mall security called twice while I was here. The first time a lady came in with her 3 year old and was mad because she broke her new phone, didn't have insurance and wanted a new one for the 50 deductible she could have had if she had bought insurance and was not willing to upgrade to a new phone for 50 bucks and sign a contract. She yelled at all of us, made two people cry, threatended and swore in front of her child. Security took her out as she was on the phone with care yelling at them too. Later she was at another store in the mall pulling the same thing. She bought shoes and wanted them replaced for free for wear. She was a piece of work!
