Why can't customers accept the repercussions of her actions?
I just had a custy come in... She had 2 lines on her account that were just activated in june. she wanted to upgrade her line. I looked at her account, vaguely recognizing her but not knowing where.
She wanted to upgrade her mom's phone. I told her that she just activated and could not upgrade until Blah Blah Blah date. She then started this story that she used to have 4 lines on her account and decided to cancel 2 of her lines because the bill was too high (nevermind that she could probably have added unl data and unl messges and probably cut her overage fees in half-- that's another story) and she cancelled them to make her bill lower.
