Manager: "Being handicapped doesn't affect your manners."

most of these people are using cheap phones.. i hate when the line is breaking up.. every other second the line cuts out.. i ask them to repeat.. and they act like im just trying to piss them off..

Customers are seriously so mean, and they don't understand the damage that us as reps can do to them...seriously...we have your home address and phone number...I've wanted to call customers back SO bad and be like "excuse me do I call you at your work place and treat you like the **** on the bottom of your shoe? grow the eff up and have some respect!"

it is definitely a respect issue. Did they forget that they are calling us because they NEED OUR help? If we were all rude jerks, we could just say we don't handle that issue and transfer them to a completely different, unrelated department. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

That is the part I don't get. I'm working here, here to HELP. And people who come to me for that help are under the impression that being rude is the best way to get help. If you want MY help and take MY time away from sales, then you better be nice as **** to me.

Drives me nuts.
