im just out of training
i show up 15 minutes early for my shift
i wander around the enormous bay of cubicles
trying to find the guy who was supposed to be my team lead
5 minutes before im supposed to clock in, i find him
he says, "you're pedro right?"
for those of you who have read my other posts, you know i am certainly not pedro
i tell him that i am not indeed pedro, i am 😳 , and he says "oh yeah, they made some changes yesterday" (my day off) "you're supposed to be with soandso"
so i go and find soandso's team
he's not there
go back to first soandso, we'll call him Risco
risco tells me that they actually have no idea which team i am supposed to be on
so i should just grab a seat and log in

Have you spoke to both of the Team Leaders about it? Given the fact you are on time and should be with your team leader and they had you running around? I'd complain that one out of the roof.

its the shift managers job to give me the shaft, and he is eager to (bring on the explicit comments)

Sounds like a lovely call center to work at. I had major issues at mine, glad I left those things alone.
