whats worse, older customers who think they are entitled to everything a cell phone store has to offer for free or their kids under the age of 12 who think they are entitled to everything they want

old ppl because there are more of them. Tell them it costs money to run a business, they will say you should pay them cuz they have been customers so long, and I'm sorry we don't have what you want go back to walmart

I have to go with both on this because they too act like kids. I've seen quite a few adults throw tantrums, especially over the phone. "I'm going to talk to your supervisor because I can't get the new Black Berry for free and watch them give it to me."
