Is there any known wirless carrier that offers an Unlimited Data Card besides good ol' Cricket? We get customers calling in all the time saying other carriers have unlimited and wanting to see what you guys know...

You mean five gigs not megs
5MB is half a youtube clip and that would suck, 5GB is what the cap is.

5gb is pretty as close to unlimited as you are going to find.
when you get internet service through cable or satellite internet...there is always going to be a cap (5gb)...but that in itself is pretty much unlimited.

My comcast has a 100gb limit. It's to "deter high profile pirating." Eh, whatev. I imagine with my netflix, I get kinda close to 50-60 gb each month, and that's just one computer. I think the limit is a little... silly. Deter pirates by punishing pirates. Not normal people. Damnit!

Cable and DSL companies have a "cap" in the fact that they reserve the right to throttle your bandwidth if you have excessive usage. The limit is insane (our local company is 80gb for their mid level plan)

sprint does have a 10GB plan for $225.00 and a 20GB plan for $400.00.

So you can always go for one of these amazing values!

Hey Drunk,

Besides watching movies, what kind of business activites or industries would blow through the 5g plan on a laptop data card? I am considering starting a company (w/a major nationwide network) that would offer unlimited plans for business. I appreciate any knowledge you have here.

Uh you are not entierly correct. There is still a portion of altel out there running as altel selling altel products until it is sold. It's the divested markets that verizon can't keep.
