90 year old lady walks in and says: my phone buttons keep sticking, i called CS and they said to bring it to a store so you can take a look at it.
Me: well, yeah they are sticking
Old lady: so what can you do? AND I AM NOT BUYING OR GETTING A NEW PHONE!
Me: 🤨 ok, well there isn't much i can do, i can't open the phone up.
Old lady: so you can't fix it?
Me: no ma'am i can't repair the phone for you.
Old lady: I don't need it repaired, just look at it and fix it.
Me: I can't
Old lady: thats not what they told me on the phone, so someone i lying.
Me: I can't repair your phone ma'am.
Old lady: well i see you're hiring.
Me: 😳 uh huh....
Old lady: what for? i'm retired from at&t
Me: full time sales
