Need Help!!!

Sorry I tried posting this on the Tech Forum but didn't get anything. I have a customer that locked her phone and doesn't know the 4 digit unlock code. Is there some back door programming to get or reset that? Thanks

well maybe it would help if you told us what carrier and what phone..............

cuz you do realize that they are all different right??

did you try the last 4 digits of her phone number? I most cases that's what the default pasword is.

dunno if US cellular does OTA programming, but with VZW phones you can normally do a *228 and press 1 to reset the lock code 🙂

Try all zero's and if it is the subsidy lock code I might be able to help you with that but you would need to email me directly with the ESN.
