FREDERICK COUNTY, MD - The Frederick man facing federal charges of child pornography is scheduled to be in court Monday.
James Stark was arrested last Wednesday by FBI agents at his home on Derrs Court.
According to court documents, Stark -- an employee of Verizon's offices in Arlington, Virginia -- was viewing child pornography at work and at home.
FBI officers found thousands of child pornographic images in his house.
The charges are being brought against him at the U.S. District Court in Alexandria, Virginia.
