LOL does not make it all better
Asking for more free accessories is not funny even if you say "LOL" afterwards. I am not amused.
I've been on the line with this joker for over half an hour. He didn't bother to read ANYTHING when he set up the order (apparently his mother did it) so now he wants to know everything about what he let her do. He keeps asking things like "So voice and text are free?" Despite the fact that I have told him repeatedly how many minutes he has, when his unlimited calling times are, and that he did not selected any messaging bundles and would therefore be charged ten cents per message or could add the bundle through care. He doesn't know anything about the phones, has a gazillion questions about them and keeps trying to like.. I don't know......
