ugh. I hate when they don't know the names of things...ex: "I already took out my sims card" (hello! it's not plural!) OR "I'm having an issue with my Palm Tray-o" Seriously, ppl? it's a TREO! TREE-OH! ugh. When I have to hear this at least once a day...it gets kinda old! 😕

i had a lady come in and want to get a phone for her daughter, she was looking for the jackberry. (blackjack)i thioght she heard of a new phone comming out.
but i get latino customers looking for a "pantej" or "eee phone" or the lg "chine" but they can name thier kids ashley or "jeison" and have no problem with it.
