working for AT&T

I am thinking about goign to work for AT&T. I saw onlinie that they offered health/dental/vision and tuition reimbursement. How much is the tuition reimbursement and how in the insurance? I work for Sprint now and am looking for better benefits and higher pay.

Don't work for a third party company for ATT, they don't pay that good.

muy understanding is they are a union shop, so pay/benefits should be pretty good.

I currently work for tmo, and I am considering going to work for an att store in my area. in northern idaho the retail stores start pay at 11.15/hr and can go up to almost 13/hr depending on experience, they also offer commission (though I am not sure how it works) I am also unsure of how the benefits etc. work. For my area anything paying more than 7/hr is good since idaho goes off of federal minimum wage, set at 5.85/hr
