I currently work for tmo, and I am considering going to work for an att store in my area. in northern idaho the retail stores start pay at 11.15/hr and can go up to almost 13/hr depending on experience, they also offer commission (though I am not sure how it works) I am also unsure of how the benefits etc. work. For my area anything paying more than 7/hr is good since idaho goes off of federal minimum wage, set at 5.85/hr
