I work for T-Mobile and I think they are a great company to work for. Aside from having great benefits I really like the companys views and morals and most of the customers are nice and respectful because they are getting the best customer service in wirelss

I've been working for at&t for just over a year, and I think it's a great company to work for, however, there are a few things to consider.
I'm working in FL and we are union in this state, so if your in one of our union states this is what to expect as a sales rep.
Hourly with a few years experience is around $10 to $11.

We have an amazing tuition reimbursement program.
As for time off, I've worked for the company a year and a half and I have 4 weeks worth...PAID!

VZW.....hands down co-pay for doctors is 10 and 100% covered when i worked (less then a year ago) 100%-115% i would make 1800-2200. Since its not a union your hourly is based on expericence (i was making 13.00hr). More freedom at VZW its the way to go ..

In my efforts to be objective, I was talking with a coworker who came from Sprint and he was telling me he thinks Sprint pays better commissions and benefits aren't too bad. Please give me specifics to compare for you
