all companies...especially cell phone comps do that to excite u. and i bet if i went to upper management to ask about the new manager and why u weren't promoted(providing u were in a position to be promoted) they'll give the worst bs ever

Could be worse. My company have no problem making it known that if you don't have a certain last name you'll never advance.
Which is evident by the saleman who's been here 11 years and doesn't have anything more than the employee that started last week (other than vacation days).
