If i had to pick the ONE thing that custies do that irritates me more than anything else and puts me in a bad mood quicker than anything else, it would be interrupting me and not letting me talk! whether it's in my opening, and they won't wait the 3 seconds for me to say "thank you for calling Big Yellow, my name is Andi, what can I help you with today?" or i'm trying diligently to answer their questions and they keep overtalking me, usually with a re-worded version of their originaly question, which i already understood the first time. And the WORST, is NOT letting me get out my closing!! When they keep saying "ok. bye. ok. uhhuh." JUST SHUT UP til i'm done saying, "thank you for calling Big Yellow, you have a great day!"
