C- Man my lil cousin jumped in my bed, cuz I was sleep ya heard me, and he missed me ya heard me and he cracked the screen! (Puts face in hands)
M-Do you know if you have insurance?
C-Man I bought all that
M- Let me check you account to be sure, the deductible for that phone is $110 though. You’ll have to pay it before they send you another one.

i know t-mo corporate was flooded on monday, the systems were down. they were supposed to send me an alternate phone for my RIZR through warranty. but...they were not allowed to say the systems were down and didnt offer a different phone.
what alternate phone would i be offered in place of the RIZR?

I havent't done any RIZR exchanges lately, but last time I did one it allowed me to give a KRZR.

i love this phone, but its slow.
i have like 200 songs on my memory card and it takes forever to bring up or edit pictures/music/videos
I want the v8, because of the awesome battery life.
then i could back everything up and use my memory card for other things
