OH MY GOD!!!!
I called into tech support earlier because a customers phone wasn't text messaging and everything was dandy on the account.
and the lady says to me "ok, I need you to cut the phone off and then cut it back on"
I 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 so hard after that.
I mean, seriously. Only my ghetto scary customers talk like that.

I wouldn't mind that to much. It is much preferable to the reps that mindlessly stick to the script without really listening to you.
