c: "What's this about activation fees?" (pointing to sign that says 'waived activation fees')

m: "We'll waive your activation fee on your first month's bill."

c: "What about deposits?"

m: "That's a different animal than activation fees, but let's see if you have a deposit."

c: (while I'm typing in the information) "I had Sprint once before. But my phone broke. I had put insurance on it but when I went to get it replaced they said I didn't."

m: "Were you paying the insurance charge every month? If you were, they really should have replaced the phone..."

c: "Yeah, fifty bucks every month."

c: "Well, I was being charged fifty dollars extra a m...

"We don't really want you.. but if you're willing to give us money, hey... We'll do it."
