Ok I saw an unlocked iphone in the store today. Fill me in on the details. The cust wasnt talking about it for nothing.

it's possible. hard to keep unlocked unless you have alot of time on your hands and want to run the older versions of the iPhone software. new fixes etc. come out often, and the folks at engadgetmobile.com keep some tabs on that kinda stuff.

Yeah its not really worth it right now because with every software update that apple puts out it ruins unlocked iphones. I for one wouldn't want my $500 phone ruined like that.
