Sprint.. They still can't figure out why I can't receive text messages from other carriers. I can only send and receive texts from other people who have sprint.

why was the canceling of the first line even brought up if your trying to fix your txt messaging problem? and you need to speak with technical support not just any rep, especially if he was worried more about something else than what was called in for.

because she needed to cancel her old line because she got a new phone. Text messaging was just another issue

the store rep was really nice and is very helpful.. . He was off that day and came in anyways to help us.. I just still don't understand about the texts and it drives me crazy.
