Headache?
Customer calls and says she will be unable to pay her (already past due) account this month. She keeps talking about things I really don’t care about and it comes out that the reason she will be unable to pay her bill this month is because she has been having bad headaches, She told me that her doctor had told her to cut her hair to help with her headaches and she spent the money to pay her cell phone bill on getting her hair cut! 😳
