Anybody work for Sprint directly?
I work for a company that provides customer service for Sprint; and I'm having a bit of an issue with some things I'm being asked to do at my call center. Unfortunately this things seem to come from the top down, and in this case the top being the head of the center; so questioning these instructions directly would seem to be a mistake, but I was thinking about talking to Sprint Corporate to see if these are things we should actually be doing... If anyone knows a way to contact someone in Sprint corporate who works with these external call centers I would appreciate the info. it sucks, my supervisior ignores me when i have a question or a sup call, but when my stats are low they sure stop by to let me know.
