You got some nerve lady...
She said her phone had liquid damage and she needed a replacement. I asked her if the device was salvagable since she wasnt eligible for a discount and didnt have insurance. She asked what I meant. I said exactly this: "Ma'am. Is the device soaked all the way through to where its dripping or did it just get like a little spritz? If its not completely soaked you may want to consider letting it dry, then trying it out."
