I've lost 3 acts to you today. What makes you so special that you can give away free blackjacks with new lines of service or give customers a $100 bill credit and a free phone since they work for american express! F You!

I know, its bs. My boss gets mad at me for walking the deals he says he doesn't understand why I can't close them 😳 are you serious?!? Let me give those sweet deals and they are closed. It is very rare to have a customer that would pay a lot more to have in house customer service and to support the local economy.

if it's a LITTLE more, like an extra 8-12 for an oil change, b/c I know the guys aren't putting water in my car, and that they're honest, I'll support them, even if I'm not rollin' in the dough. However, when upgrading phones, I went with the best deal, bar none. I saved $160 up front by going with a certain dealer; if that deal had been online, I would have done it there. your boss is the same as many bosses; too inflated to realize their ineptitude.
