"Well I didn't wet that phone..."
I gave this lady a loaner phone to use until her new one came from Asurion. She brings it back today and the LDI is red. I say...I can't take this back and now you have to pay for it.
Custy: What? Why?
Me: See this little red sticker, well when I gave you this phone it was white...its red now. THat means you got it wet.
Custy: I didn't wet that phone
Me: I'm not saying that you're lying ma'am but I can't take this back becuase my job would be on the line.
Custy: WEll what am I supposed to do...?!?!? BLAH BLAH WHERES YOUR MANAGER BLAH BLAH IM DISSATISFIED...BLAH BLAH
What a waste of 20 min. I told her to call customer service after my manager told her she had to pay for it.
