I started in the industry in Tmo B2B may 05, then I moved a way a while and worked a crap job out of the industry and came back to Tmo B2C november 06 so I've been doing this since about 2 years ago but I've had about 1 year and a month of actually working in the industry. This is a good questions though, I'm curious to see how long everyone else has been doing this.

Almost 4 years now. I've been around the block, lol.

1 year on september 20th, I can't wait to get my pin for my nametag!!! 🙄

i worked from about 18 months for nextel partners (through acs) 2 yrs ago... did some other stuff... 1 yr now with us cellular

Three years too many.

3 1/2 with current employer. 6 as a total.

It's sad, very sad.

Coming up on 4 years now. It has its moments....

9 years 😢 😢 that is so sad!

Just over 5 years.

And I started in this industry as a "temp job" just to get by until something better came along.

I'm still waiting apparently.

about 15 years...started in paging...you remember those things...

I've been to Vegas, San Diego, Bahamas and Maui on wireless reward trips...

No complaints from me.

A year and a half, but *should* be outa here in a little less than a month!

Coming up on three years in August.

Coming up on my first year now. I've been in the customer service industry for about 4 years though.

I will say this though, the cellular industry must bring out a lil' bit of masochist in all of us, because we take alot of crap and just try to grin through it.
