m - ...a phone book?
c - Well, I'm trying to get a new Boost Mobile phone and I lost the number.
m - We deal in Sprint and Verizon, exclusively.
c - So you have the number?
m - ...er...no.
c - Okay thank you. *click*

Atleast they said thank you and gave you an indication the conversation was ending, unlike 90% of the people I talk to on the phone.

i would have just hung up half way through the call.. i hung up on someone yesterday when they were on hold for 2 minutes, i answered back and waited 5 seconds and they did not reply. they called back 10 seconds later screaming that someone hung up on them even though all they ended up with was the number for customer care. I hate when people call the store for CC issues.
