I like it when they go through the automated systems, and you still gotta ask for it, and the typical response is "I already typed it in, you don't have it?" If I had it... would I ask for it?

In cases like that, I just repeat the question until they answer it or hang up...until we get through the verification process, I ask the questions and you answer them. Period. 🙂
