We do have an affiliate partnership with InPhonic.
It's a standard web affiliate arrangement. On our "Shop" page for many phones, there is a link to buy that phone from WireFly, which is a brand of InPhonic. When someone makes a purchase using those links, we receive a commission for the referral. That's all there is to it.
The relationship is non-exclusive; we have the same kind of relationship with LetsTalk (one of InPhonic's largest competitors).

Oh, okay. Well that answers my question, thanks! The way it was explained to me was something about phonescoop.com was made by Inphonic or made for Inphonic, or something. I figured that wasn't true. Thanks for the info...I'm happy to tell my friend I was right 😁
