In the recent layout tweaks, some things have slightly different spacing than before. The checkbox is probably closer to the buttons than it used to be. I will space things out a bit more. Do you think that would help?

Maybe switch the side the check box is on to the right side of the verbage? To me it is just too easy to click on it as it is just above the submit button.

You can put it right about the Check Spelling button. It would be ok, since most people never use that anyways. 😛
