that was kinda blunt....y did he get banned, who banned him, and will u let him back in the form again?

Banned members can not use their banned screen name again as it is blocked by the server. The moderators also can prevent a banned member from returning to Phone Scoop by blocking the IP address used by the banned member. The reason why a particular member has been banned is between that member and the moderator who banned the person. Both Rich and Eric Lin have the ability to ban someone for violating the TOUs.

My point is the moderators and the banned member know the reason(s) behind that particular person's ban and it is no one elses business as to the reason. Lapdog violated one or more of the TOUs which I'm 100% positive he had received at least a warning or two before he was banned. Hopefully the moderators have blocked the IP of the PC/laptop/notebook he used to access Phone Scoop which in essence will prevent him from returning. Phone Scoop was established to bring together a community of people who have an interest in the wireless industry to share their experiences and pick each other's brains so to speak for information and challenges they may be facing.
