Bluetooth headset bliss. Finally

🙂 I have tested a few headsets this month trying to find one that worked well with my phone (verizon v3c). I Bought the moto. h700, Bluespoon AX2, and the Jabra BT800. I had a serious problem with all three of them, static. I can deal with some static, but this was bad, not able to have a conversation static. Last night I purchased the Plantronics discovery 640 and now I understand why everyone loves bt headsets. Virtually no static even 20 feet away, paired easily, and everyone I have talked to said it sounds great. I will admit it feels like it is going to fall out of my ear, but it never does. I know a lot of people who have the v3c and all of them complain about static from their bt headsets, especially moto headsets and this may...

How Often Should You Charge Your Battery?

I was wondering how often your battery for your cell phone should be charged? I heard from a few people that you should allow your battery to charge all the way down, then charge it right back up to a full charge because your battery is designed for that type of charging. But I have also heard from other people that it doesn't matter how often you charge your battery.
I have a LG VX8100 with the standard issued battery and it usually lasts me 2 full days before it needs to be charged again. Though sometimes, depending the amount of calls that I have gotten during that time, it usually only lasts me a day and a half.
Some information on this will be of use.
Thanks

Razr Bluetooth Battery issue

Hey everyone, quick question. I posted this question in a couple of different forums on the site. Does the bluetooth earpieces really drain your batteries that fast. I just got my Razr about 3 weeks ago and it was fine, but I noticed once I got the Plantronics 510 headset my battery dropped very fast. I had the phone on full charge and after about 45-60 min of talking the battery was completely dead. But I have a friend that has the same phone with the Jabra 250 headset and he said he can talk for about 3 to 4 hours before his phone is dead.

VZW gave me a new battery, and they said that the bluetooth does drain the battery but I dont think it should drain it like that. Should it? Or does it matter which bluetooth headset I get??

thank...

Take these off our hands!!!

I work for a cellular carrier and over the past couple of years.. we have had a TON.. And I mean a TON of accessories dumped on us! Now, we need the space more then we do the old accessories! We are really hating to just trash all this stuff in the dumpster, but we are really starting to run out of time and options! I've already dumped 1 small size truck load this morning and will continue throughout the week! We have contacted a few off the wall vendors but have not gotten any serious bidders as of yet! There is a lot of really good stuff in here too! Even BLUETOOTH!! But we don’t have room in storage for it anymore..
Here is just a piece of what we are tossing out:Nokia Battery Charging Stand (DDC-1)
Nokia Camera Headset

Motorola model HS810 headset question

My HS810 stopped working. Apparently it won't take a charge. It's not lighting up, no matter how long I charge it. Can these be repaired? Can a battery be replaced?
Thanks

Motorola HS850 rubber cushion

Has anyone cut or removed the rubber piece around the earpiece on this headset? The instructions say it can be removed but mine is glued on.

The reason I ask is because I'm curious if it makes the HS850 fit better and doesn't flop around as much. The Motorola H500 fits me the best. The H700 fit good too but I had static problems with it and I tried and returned two of them. I'm sticking with my HS850 from now on!

Thanks for any help.

Samsung A900 Case

I'm looking for a case for the A900 that is more like a holster, but does not have the beltclip (or has a removable one). Basically, I just want it to be protected while in my pocket, but I want to take it out of the case to use it. Does anyone know of a good one? I know Motorola makes one for the Razr that is perfect, but I don't want something with a Motorola logo for my Samsung phone...

Sanyo Case

Does anybody know where to purchase a case for the Sanyo 9000? I've been told this is now the ESPN MVP, and that it's physically close enough to the 5600, but have been unable to locate anybody selling anything that fits this model.
