Why are customers so stupid?!?! First, they want a free phone then they complain that the free phone is "ugly" and want a pretty phone!!
SO I show them a pretty phone and then they complain about the price.
Then they ask which phone has the best reception, so I show them... and they say it's ugly... and they want the "pretty'' PHONE!!!
SO they buy the pretty phone... and come back the next day because they don't get good reception.
But it had a huge scratch in it... so I told them "What happened to your pretty phone? It has a huge scratch and now it's ugly" They dropped it of course... and I could NOT return it HAHAHAHA

There's a need for it now. I had some old people come in here at 4:45 on Saturday that kept me here till 6:40... anyway. They came back today and took up another 2 hours of my time for questions. Granted, I have little else to do and they weren't upset or anything, but I did miss the lunch special time window for my fajitas.

I get that every week. Grandma's and granpas, and parents buy the kid the phone that's on special for under $30 after rebate. Kid comes in a week later with a gouge on the faceplate and a smudged liquid indicator and whines and shouts for a while about why he can't get a Razr on a 30 day exchange. My favorite line is bring the phone and your (insert name on contract) and we'll talk all together about it. I never see them again. Well, not at least until it's time to get a new phone.
