Ok again today i get another winner or a customer. He comes in and asked if i can transfer his phone book to his new phone. I said yeah, then he asked how much is the charge for that. I told him $9 he flipped out on me saying it should be free. I was thinking in my head he was the one that asked me how much because he new it wasn't FREE. He then said i am going to corp. I have been a customer for 10yrs. I said ok well the nearest is like 30mins away and they charge $10. He was like they will do it free watch.

Sometimes I wonder why we are here. I mean why do they have to pay us to do a service like activating their phones or transfering numbers and things like that. They obviously can do these things on their own, thats why customers always seem to get things for free. Oh wait i forgot, they can't do these things on their own, thats why they pay to have it done! I was confused for a second...

There is, of course, a free option. He could sit there and transfer every single little phone book entry manually, here, he can sit on this chair to do it... And after about an hour of transferring each and every phone book entry (this is why I love SIM cards btw, I can do it in about five seconds on my phone.) he'll beg you to charge him the $9.
