Dumb Customers

Ok so today i had a customer that came in and wanted to pay his cell phone bill. Told him that it can take up to 2 hours or so to post on his account. He agreed and then payed. Agian i told him here is your paperwork and it will post up to 2 hours. He walks to the other side of my store and calls customer service and asked if his payment went through. And when he found out it didnt he hung up and went to me and snapped on me that his payment didnt go through yet. WTF........ Some people i guess dont have ears or something.

Just had a customer come in with a phone in hand quietly looking at things. I asked what service they had. They said "I am looking at spint phones." Used to this type of responce, I repeat my question. "what service do you currently have." Her responce, I had tmobile once but I didnt like it." I can tell she doesnt have a gsm phone in her hands so I ask again.. "what service do you have right now?"
"I think sprint will be one to look at" she says.

Ready to snap I take the phone from her to look for which service its under. Finally she tells me its a sprint phone and she just wants to replace it because she is under contract but no insurance... It serously took 10min of staring at eachother while I tried to think of a way to refra...
