I think I finally snaped
I am so sick of hearing "Why didn't someone tell me this before? I have spent X hours on the phone with you guys, and you are just telling me this now?"
I can understand you asking me this once, I can deal with twice but for god sake enough!! I finally snaped and replied "ma'am, I am not responsible for what past people have or have not told you. All I know is I'm telling you now!" She didn't like that answer too much, but it shut her up. What did she expect me to say "Well ma'am, operator #1 didn't tell you that because they wanted to get a laugh at your expense. Operator #2 didn't tell you because well they are new and just didn't know either. Operator #3 didn't tell you because you wouldn't shut the hell up for 1 min to listen."

I feel you 100%. I hate when people tell me that I am wrong. My reply to that is "ok, sir, then why did you come into my store and ask me this question if you "already know the answer". If you do not like the answer I gave you then go ask someone else and have them tell you the same thing." 🙄 This is my job and I have been here for over a year, so I think I would know the answer! DUMB ASS PEOPLE!!!! 😈 😈

hehe, not explaining how to turn the phone ON... I always thought that one was pretty simple, apparently it's not.

Today I had a lady come in asking how to turn her phone on and off and how to you answer cals if the phone is turned off??? WTF
Needless to say I was with her for about 45 min trying to explain how cell phones work! OMG I thought I was going to go CRAZY!!!
