From my side of the counter
This is a thread for the customers that do read this forum from time to time and these are things that you all need to know! ahem
1: Phones are not water proof in anyway shape and or form! And NO the Navy does not have water proof phones so dont bring that up anymore!
2: Phones are not doorstops,objects to be used during arguments with your girlfriend/boyfriend, they do not do well when you launch them off the back of a moving vehicle and then back over them!
3: Big bre**s do not impress me so please ladies stop pushing them in my face!
4: Just because I am a female I am not stupid,overzealous,and or ditzy (i have blonde hair) I do know what the heck I am doing and I do it really really well!

hahaha i agree i'd like to have a GIANT gong that as soon as the customer tipped the stupid meter you could just smash the gong and throw them out on their heads....ahhhh what fantasies i have.......just something to instantly end the interaction as soon as i realize there is not resoultion or no resolution that will make the customer happy...i don't wanna hear your life story...i don't care what you mom, dad, bf, gf, wife, husband, friend, cousin, uncle, baby momma, baby daddy did or heard or was told by someone else that MEANS NOTHING TO ME im tired of staring at you with a blank look on my face get the F$%K OUT!!!!! and never come back

I'm part of the Crookdale Crew! If some of you hadn't guessed by now.
We have a button on the island behind us. I guess we got it from Staples or Office Max. It's called the "easy" button. It's like a buzzer, and when you hit it, it says, "That was Easy!" 🙂 It really helps relieve the stress! We laugh everytime a customer leaves or we hit it when they are there and they make life easy for us. Customers laugh too. Great ice breaker! The GONG would work too...

Sweet! Your coworkers backed you up?! I wish mine had done that. My coworker one time told MY customer they could have an accessory for half price, and did not tell me. That's my customer , that's my sale, that's my commission, why are you taking money away from me?! He decided to purchases it at full price why discount it?! 👿
