I fricken hate customers
okay,i get an call today from an customer who req to hv one of his lines on his acct to chng the mtn i advis him of the fee to do so cus was not happy i advis and reminded him of the last mtn chng back in aug of 2005 and that he was never chrgd for it cus lied and said he was i advis i rev the bill for back then and he wasn't,okay soo i give an mtn cus says ok i asked him are you sure you want to chng the mtn cus said yes.i chngd the mtn and began to expl he will need to progrm the phone cus said he doesnt hv the phone with him and will need to call the numb to advis the holder to do so i advis cus he will not be able to reach that person since mtn was chngd and needs to be programmed ,so cus starts yelling at me saying it's my fault adn i s...

it doesn't end there,so i waited about 15 mins and pulled his acct back up to see what happened well wouldnt you know he called back and lied to the next rep saying i changed the mtn without his consent and he was just inquiring. 😡 and get this.... he demanded to be cred back for the mtn chrg of $20 i put on his acct that he was not happy about to begin with and the dumb rep credited him. i was so furious this cus caused this whole commosion on purpose to get cred for the mtn chng. i fricken hate customers.
