I can't stand it when.....
When you explain something to a customer and they don't understand it so they look at their friends at laugh at you like you are the idiot. Here's how it went. White trash dude comes in (sorry but he was) He is smiling at me with his 3 teeth coyly like I am bound to jump over the counter at any minute and ravage him (shudder) He says, so when my contract is over, I wont have service right? I explain to him that of course he will have service, he will just be going month to month. He looks at his friend, laughs and says oh my God she doesn't understand what I am saying. Him and his friend start laughing and then he starts speaking to me very slowly. I am peeved at this point and have changed the tome of my voice to a deep I hate you sou...

Also, I'm sure it's been posted before, but how about those who ask snottily "are you new???" - of course this happens when they're trying to pull some crap or the like. I have yet to have someone ask me that here - when I was @ Tmobile (after 6 years with BellSouth Mobility/Cingular) I gave someone the correct info, they didn't like that & asked me if I was new. I told them no, & a few other fine points... 😈

wErd. I had a customer ask me if "is anyone older here?" only because i couldn't sell her a 59 dollar Razr for cheaper, and THEN she was complaining i wouldn't give her 50 dollars worth of accessories for 10 bucks. when i was already dropping it down to a hard (on my wallet) 25.
