I am sick of busting my A$$ and having the #'s I submit not reflect the #'s that "roll up". Every month I have to adjust 15 to 20 activations that I have the paperwork for but the company was not going to pay me for. The system we use to see what our comp is at has been down for over 2 weeks and even when its up it gets updated twice a month anyway. Why is it so God Damn hard to keep track of my numbers? Or is the company really trying to screw me out of any little thing they can? Does anybody else have this problem? If so how do you handle it?

I don't usually get "screwed" by VZW. But I do understand that mistakes can happen. I track all my sales using an excel spreadsheet and I track data and accessory sales as well as price plan levels with it...since I've been using it my comm. check and my tracker have been off +\- $150. Which, considering the amount of sales, is pretty good.

Yeah I have a similar setup myself and I always get paid the correct amount it's just that it is ridiculous that I have to prove 1/4 of my sales.
