Shop Talk

Well, I had one where they got frustrated because they couldn't order online (keep in mind, I'm online sales chat, not calls) and they asked for a supervisor. I've never had to transfer to a supervisor before. Honestly, I didn't even know we could. But I did. And he went through everything I had exactly. And the person got upset at him instead of me. Hilarious, apparently I did my job pretty well XD
