Does anyone know the duration for the buyers remorse period to return my phone and get a new phone? I just ordered the samsung continum and should get it tomorrow as a 2 yr upgrade but im debating on returning it and getting one of the new LTE phones or maybe even the iphone. Thanks.

Why would you want to get rid of a Galaxy s phone when you haven't even got it yet? As an AT&T employee I'd rather have the captivate than the iphone and the LTE is going to be very limited at least for a while. I think I'd keep the Samsung

I would prefer a Galaxy S phone over the iPhone...but the better Galaxy S phone for Verizon is definitely the Fascinate. Return the Continuum and grab a Fascinate, fo sho.

30 days, but with a catch

If you activate by tomorrow, you get 30 days, but if you activate on sunday or later, you might get only 14 days (you can thank apple for that)

Either way, you should know in a WEEK if you like the device or not. Don't be one of those people who tries holding onto it for the max amount of time to try and get an exchange at the last moment. (that's another reason the policy is dropping)

All of them. Having different return policies would create a ton of confusion.

But it works at AT&T. Man that's going to suck for the customers.

I agree and disagree. I agree that it's a bad move, but in reality almost everyone will know if they like a phone in 2 weeks or less (when I get returns, it's always in this window). But there were a LOT of people (and the number was increasing) of people who would upgrade to a phone within 30 days of when the phone they really wanted was expected to launch so that they would get dibs on it (most stores have to handle returns/exchanges before new customers because of the time limit)

This left the company with a phone that they couldn't sell as new anymore, and one less of a popular phone that another customer would be willing to pay for. I've had a couple of customers try it with me, but they were dumb enough to mention their intention...
