Password requirements

I need to vent for a second about these freakin POS.com password restrictions. I'm not going to say what they are (just in case it's a big no-no) but they're freaking ridiculous. It pretty much has to be a random password, so god help you if you forget but to hell with you if you write it down.

They don't even list the requirements when you're making up a password. Sure, it says something on there, but those aren't accurate. I made one that fit their restrictions, but oops it wasn't valid because what they listed wasn't right. There are also many restrictions that aren't even mentioned, but they sure do tell you after you've typed it in. To top it off, unless you were smart enough to log in when you got to work, you've got a custome...

I agree, I had a customer on the phone when it told me I had to create a new password. I got hung up on. It took forever!! What's worse, it had to be totally different than the rest of my passwords (which I try to keep similar for simplicity). I have 8 usernames and passwords I have to use from day to day, 8. Now I have one that is really hard for me to remember because it is not what I want it to be. I never though I would say this but I miss Siebel.
