Cingular Agent Employees/Owners
Hello,
I am a Cingular agent employee and wanted to do some research into commissions acquired by individual agents. I was wondering if an owner or well-informed employee could break down what the agent store gets on commission for the following:
2 year new line activation
1 year new line activation
2 year line upgrade
1 year line upgrade
Exception upgrade: 2 year contract at the 1 year handset price.
Also, if you could explain the phone pricing. For instance, an agent buys a phone at $300 but sells it for $99 with a 2 year. Does the agent get reimbursed for $201 on the phone?
